General Statement of Job: To provide leadership in the collaboration with other
district leaders to ensure that the school district recruits, retains, develops, recognizes and rewards a high quality workforce that can manage ongoing change successfully while meeting the diverse needs of students, parents, and the community.
Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in School Administration preferred or Bachelor’s Degree required in related areas of human services and personnel Management or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
Minimum of five (5) years supervisory / administrative experience required
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Excellent human relations skills
