Purpose of Role : The Customer Care Representative will serve as the primary contact for entry of spare parts orders, auditing the purchase at time of entry for proper discounts, terms / conditions, and taxes, ensuring they are in accordance with company policies.
They will be responsible for generating and managing spare parts sales quotations, updating based on customer changes and deleting from system as necessary.
They should continuously be promoting and maintaining a flexible, cooperative, team oriented, and customer focused attitude within and between departments.
