Primary Job Function: In this role, you will provide customer service over a multi-line telephone, schedule field technicians, and manage service invoices and maintenance agreements. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and customers.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Pay: $16.00 to $18.00 an hour, depending on experience
Benefits: Medical (50% paid for by the employer), Dental, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, 401K
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Knowledge of dispatching software is preferred
* Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
* High attention to detail with a commitment to follow through
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with the geographical service area and map reading skills
