We’re currently seeking a Customer Care Supervisor to join our HQ team.As a Customer Care Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for valuing and inspiring a team of representatives through effective and consistent leadership, relationship building, rewards, and recognition. This position is based in Tucson at our HQ office and supports our centralized Customer Care function.What you will do: Develop and execute coaching plans based on employee needs with support of leadership teamTrain, develop, and motivate your representatives to exceed set performance goalsEnsure your team is meeting all Corporate, Contact Center and client expectations in all areas of performance, quality and complianceCreate and maintain a motivating and positive working environmentUtilize monitoring systems to effectively evaluate and impact performanceIdentifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgmentProvides expertise service and customer service support to team membersCoordinates work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.Conducts annual performance reviews for team membersReview and respond to complex issues and questions, ensure processes are compliantAssigned additional tasks as neededHow you will shine: Energy and enthusiasm!Excellent written and verbal communications skillsDynamic personality with a focus on customer service and motivational skillsSuperior organization/time management skillsFlexible scheduling to cover morning, evening, and weekend shift requirementsDemonstrated leadership experience is preferred
