Job Summary:
The Customer Service Manager will interact with the company's Clients by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Will manage the Customer Service representatives and oversee client issues as they arise.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manages the staff to make sure that the CSR's are doing the following things
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services
- Fields Client questions and concerns
- Follows up with Clients to keep them informed of orders and statuses of orders or any necessary work
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve Clients' problems and concerns
- Maintains Client accounts and records of Client interactions with details of inquiries, concerns, or comments
- Reviews new customer contracts and orders for accuracy prior to signing and processing
- Performs other related dues as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve Client grievances.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Background in Manufacturing CSR
- Ability to provide clear direction and leadership
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent 5 years in a related industry
- Bachelors degree in a related field to Manufacturing, Aerospace, or engineering
- Client service experience required.
- At least 3 years as a Customer Service Manager in a Manufacturing Setting
** COVID vaccinations or initiating vaccination process within 30 days of hire is required**
