One of our great partners in Rochester, NY is looking for their next Customer Service Specialist!
Job details:
- This is an overnight position that requires flexibility with weekdays and weekend work.
- There is frequent overtime hours, which of course comes with the overtime hourly rate!
- You will take incoming customer calls and exercise conflict resolution skills.
- The first few months will involve thorough training, contracted through FTS; after successfully completing the training program, the individual would be hired on directly by our client.
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
