JOB DUTIES
- Communicate with customers directly, answer questions, address concerns, offer suggestions as to correct garments based on customer needs
- Familiarize yourself with merchandise / products offered
- Must possess patience to deal with difficult customers
- Ability to communicate with manufacturers
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Order entry, create invoices and process payments
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Detail oriented and organized
- Computer literate
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be professional and good with customers
- Must be able to adapt to constant change
- Must be able to take directions
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be able to learn as you go
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of customer service experience required
