Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and close deals
- Research investment and partnership models, market trends, and geographical data
- Prepare necessary paperwork for transactions, including letters of intent and contracts
- Ensure smooth transactions between buyers and sellers
- Respond promptly to all leads to drive business forward
- Assess property value and condition using market trends, comps, and data research
Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication skills, demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written communication, along with strong phone etiquette.
- Strong drive and genuine passion for selling real estate assets.
- Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales.
- A proven track record of successful sales is essential for this role.
