Who We're Looking For:

Are you a closer who thrives on taking leads? We're seeking motivated and results-oriented individuals with a successful track record of exceeding goals. If you understand the nuances of sales and have a passion for real estate, this opportunity is for you. Whether you're a recent college grad or have years of sales experience, if you're ready to join a team of high performers, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and close deals
  • Research investment and partnership models, market trends, and geographical data
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for transactions, including letters of intent and contracts
  • Ensure smooth transactions between buyers and sellers
  • Respond promptly to all leads to drive business forward
  • Assess property value and condition using market trends, comps, and data research

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication skills, demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written communication, along with strong phone etiquette.
  • Strong drive and genuine passion for selling real estate assets.
  • Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales.
  • A proven track record of successful sales is essential for this role.
