Full Time Position in Eau Claire Office Location:

Salary is commensurate with experience ($37,000.00- $42,000.00)

Reports to: Field Representative Manager

Supervises: Assigned location staff around Eau Claire

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as primary liaison to site location

1st point of communication for all situations regarding site location

Ambassador for the Waypoint brand

Behave professionally at all times

Exercise good judgment and communicate accordingly

Create work orders

Optimize daily workload in Waypoint logistics optimization software

Assign routes/orders to drivers (or oversee the process)

Work with designated client personnel as needed to ensure a successful partnership

Assist to create any SOP documents related to the account and enforce them when in place

Provide agreed-upon reports to client as necessary to take part in meetings as necessary

Investigate incidents and convey findings to Director of Operations for final resolution and report

Maintain confidentiality at all times. This includes company, client, and client customer/patient confidentiality

STAFFING

Provide leadership to drivers reporting directly to you (staff)

Lead by example and exhibit exemplary work habits

Train staff on all client procedures/equipment

(Re-)educate and/or discipline staff in a courteous and professional manner

Coordinate employee hiring with Human Resources Manager

Relay staffing needs

Assist with onboarding process

Create staff shift and on-call (where applicable) schedules to ensure all work is completed

Rearrange staffing when necessary to accommodate needs

Manage staff time system as it applies to

Document and discipline as necessary

PTO requests, to establish whether requested PTO can be accommodated while ensuring the company's labor needs are met. Resolve request conflicts

Staff call-offs

Arrange for and communicate alternate staffing to ensure all work is accounted for

Ensure that staff:

Follow and adhere to all corporate, DOT, OSHA and other regulatory agency policies and procedures.

Complete all required paperwork/electronic documentation accurately, legibly, and in a timely manner

Communicate regularly with logistics department upon arrival and before departure from each stop in accordance with the Waypoint Conversations training document

Manage local vehicle maintenance program

Work with Director of Operations to rotate vehicles when/as necessary

Schedule and facilitate standard vehicle maintenance

Report incident immediately to Director of Operations

Coordinate towing and or vehicle/driver retrieval in the case of a breakdown or accident

Communicate with logistics staff regarding operational impact of any emergency incident

Oversee staff ride-alongs and/or audits

Any assigned duties which advance and grow the mission of the company through detailed work, diligent efforts and a positive and energetic attitude

Other duties as assigned

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Satisfactory driving record

Valid driver's license

Clean criminal background and drug screen

Capable of working independently

Excellent oral communication skills

Ability to read and follow detailed, specific instructions and/or exercise good judgment by asking questions

REQUIRED TRAINING

Familiarity with the Waypoints corporate policy manual

RUN OUR WAY! online training program commensurate with level required of Waypoint location staff

Waypoint Conversations driver-logistics communication expectations

Primary client-specific materials, SOP documents, technology guides.

Field training with experienced delivery staff, supervisors, and/or managers

Ongoing education as needed and/or required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to drive in all types of weather, including occasionally inclement weather (wind, rain, snow). Additional considerations and determinations are made based on each situation.

Safely drive for extended periods of time

Walk, sit, stand, reach, bend, as necessary

Lift and carry up to 75 pounds without injury or accident

TRAVEL

Routine travel within localized (hub) delivery areas. Occasional travel to other areas as needed

Position is a full-time, salaried position
