What You'll Do:
You will be directly responsible for connecting with care providers and communicating the value of our services and leading to closing sales in a national multi-state sales territory. You will take a sales lead from product discovery, to demos, and on to contract signing by promoting Aaniie’s home healthcare and personal care products and services. As a member of the Aaniie family, you will contribute to our high energy, collaborative, fun team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong desire to succeed.

What We're Looking for in You:

- Own it mindset, embracing sales growth goals

- Resourceful, High-performance individuals who treat sales as their professional calling

- Prospecting skills, cold/warm calling, business-to-business healthcare sales experience

- Able to create and build customer relationships that generate revenue

- Deliver effective zoom sales presentations with deep understanding of the value proposition and how it meets customers' business goals.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development

- Other duties and special projects to support customers as assigned.

- Ability to consistently achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Must Haves:
- 3 years Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technical or software sales environment- High integrity, organized, punctual, and reliable. Must maintain a regular work schedule.

- Persuasive communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation excellence-

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to clients
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools

Education"

- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in marketing, business, technical, or healthcare field

You will be asked to show examples of prior work that is verifiable to demonstrate your sales success and value selling skills.

- Full-time position, Remote work possible for the right candidate
