We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with an Employee Relations Focus, to support our organization in providing strategic input, insight and advice with respect to complex employee relations, conflict management, performance management, and more. As an Employee Relations leader, you will serve a trusted expert on employment related matters, company policy and case management best practices. As a member of the Talent organization, you will play an integral role in establishing global process standards and company-wide reporting, in addition to supporting the ongoing development of Talent partners in an effort to drive consistency and mitigate risk.
