Job Opportunity: Syndicate Client Service Manager

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Syndicate Client Service Manager.

4 month assignment

Pay rate: $53/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for our IG Syndicate EMEA operations, delivering premium service and managing relationships with Syndicate desks, Council, DTC, and internal departments.
• Ensure timely response to client queries regarding Prospectus requests and oversee the uploading of Deal Folders into Filenet/Teamspace.
• Complete Syndicate wire callbacks and liaise with internal departments to facilitate the settlement of syndicate transactions.
• Conduct SSI onboarding for syndicate wires and investigate and resolve breaks efficiently.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience with Bloomberg, DTC and Syndicate
• Proven track record of excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of syndicate, clearing, and settlement space.
• Preferred experience in data analysis and FINRA wire transfer.
