We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Manager.

As an Automotive Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our automotive service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics, brake repair, tire service, and sales will be essential in providing quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of automotive technicians and service advisors
• Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of automotive repairs and maintenance
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Conduct automotive diagnostics and recommend appropriate repairs or services
• Upsell additional products or services to customers based on their vehicle needs
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering parts and maintaining stock levels
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs, and services performed
• Monitor technician performance and provide coaching or training as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
