Local Alarm Company in El Cajon is looking to hire a “Customer Service Representative” for our Accounting department. Watchlight Corporation is looking for a candidate who is a hard worker, has a positive attitude, and is a team player. We are hiring for full time positions for Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm schedule. There are multiple opportunities for advancement within the company, depending on skill and competency level of the candidate. Some duties include handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, emailing customers, processing paperwork, collecting payments, setting up customer billing, administrative work, etc.

Candidates with experience in these areas are desired; but training is offered for hard-working amateurs, who are excellent at Customer Service, looking for opportunity and wanting to learn an *exciting* industry.

Note: This position is not on temporary basis and we are looking for a long term relationship with a new candidate to be a part of our great collective team.

• Customer Service / Assisting customers over the phone & via email

• Setting up annual billing for customers
• Following up on declined or past due payments
• Filing / Scanning / Organizing Paperwork
• Processing customer cancellations
• Reading contracts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
