We are hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to add to our customer service and sales department. We provide paid initial training and ongoing sales training and growth for every employee. Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Meet and engage with customers directly on a daily basis to ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement better strategies for assessing client needs
• Attend individualized, hands-on, and classroom-style training to better understand the fundamentals of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative role
• Engage with customers and complete forms after each encounter to determine common consumer feedback or questions
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and adhere to all client compliance rules
• Engage in daily and weekly team meetings with the sales teams to stay current on sales goals

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Requirements We Look For:

• 1-3 years experience in customer service, sales, customer facing or client relations role is a plus
• Must be detail-oriented and have great organizational skills
• Able to work independently and as a team player to gather and analyze information from multiple sources
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in different wok environments
