Carini Home Services is looking for an energetic, friendly, organized Customer Service Representative with, Call Center Experience to join our team..

Job Duties:

Provide fast and friendly customer service, answer incoming calls, book calls for all departments-(Plumbing/Hvac/Electrical) ability to follow a script, Maintain call count and outbound to meet capacity if necessary, follow up with clients, communicate and dispatch technicians via SW Remote, Close out calls, meet KPI's directed by Mgmt.

Plumbing/Hvac/Electrical knowledge a plus, familiar with San Diego County, Computer literate.
