Washington Hall, (formerly Urbanspace) is under new Leadership and aggressively moving toward full occupancy of 16 Vendors, an extensive Bar Renovation, and strategic Marketing, Catering, and Service initiatives! We are adding this immediate position to our Team:

Sales, Catering / To-Go & Marketing CoordinatorSales:- Identify Event opportunities with the corporate, hotel, and theater communities
- Oversee menu development for Private / Semi-Private Events with our Vendors
- Work with Bev Coordinator on Happy Hour & Corporate Bar parties
- Rooms for Events of 200 people on the main floor, and 50 on the mezzanine
Catering / To Go:- Identify corporate clients within a 4 block radius and facilitate Vendor's catering & pickup programs through Toast POS. Group orders only
- Develop menus to streamline the above
Marketing:- Oversee, post, & interact with social media platforms and website
- Create internal signage, advertising and branding
- Work with Bar Team on marketing opportunities, food menus, special events (Beverage Features, Live Music, Supplier Relations)
- Plan & execute Grand Opening Party in July!

Ideally, the candidate has 4 years’ experience as a FOH Manager with Banquet, Catering, Serving and To-Go responsibilities. $22 / hour (FIRM), 30-34 hours per week, with generous commission structure. Mon-Fri, approximately 9-4, and will be required to work ALL Events that you book (coordination, floor plans, staff, menus). This is a HANDS ON position, not an office Role.
