Responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries, contacting potential new guests based on networking and referral leads, and assisting the sales team with administrative tasks. Responsibilities:- Prepare sales presentations and support materials for prospective customers, such as suitable event space, dining and catering services, hotel bookings, and access to relevant facilities
- Perform an initial pitch to a list of business and referral prospects based on your research and networking
- Increase revenues by upselling and providing additional amenities and upgrades to customers to ensure they are entirely satisfied
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
- Manage schedules, file important documents, and communicate relevant information from the sales team to stakeholders and hotel departments
- Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry
- Stays organized and manage time well
- High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales
- Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively
- Must have previous knowledge of Hotel system of ONQ
