Marketing Manager for Vacation Property Rental CompanyWe are a leading real estate rental management company, including specializing in vacation rental properties. Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results focused and oriented, experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive demand primarily for our vacation rental properties initially. This role will involve managing all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, advertising, branding, and promotional activities. This role will also involve managing all other aspects of marketing for the entire company, which also includes other lines of business such as traditional rental properties, property management for third party owners, acquisition of new properties as well as new investors.
TEAM WORK A MUST TO BE SUCCESSFUL! The Marketing Manager position is not one whose responsibilities can be performed without the cooperation and coordination with other team members within the organization. It is important to have strong communication, organizational skills and must be attentive to detail. Must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to quickly “switch gears”. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote vacation rental properties and drive bookings, while also supporting other marketing initiatives for the broader company. 
  • Implement and manage an effective company wide online customer and vendor review initiative
  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics, trends, and competitors, and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage company's primary website, and complete creation of two separate vacation rental specific websites, as well as ongoing management of all 3 once the vacation rental specific sites are completed.
  • Manage other digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing campaigns, social media presence, and online advertising.
  • Utilizing the latest in AI apps and tech to streamline and efficiently create and manage all marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, such as digital and non digital brochures, flyers, and virtual tours, to showcase properties effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop sales support materials and initiatives that align with marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry partners, travel agencies, and online booking platforms to maximize exposure and reach new audiences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing for vacation rental properties.
  • identify co-marketing, cross marketing, or other forms of marketing partnerships or collaboration with other organizations, influencers and businesses with similar or desired customer demographic profiles as our target guests.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience with a minimum of 5 years in marketing roles, with a proven results based strategy/campaign development, implementation and management background, some experience preferred, but not required, in the real estate or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with various stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering innovative marketing solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with vacation rental properties or related businesses is a plus.
