- You will be working one on one with the director of operations to assist where needed.
- Your day will consist of working on collections, calling all tenants behind on rent and getting them to pay, any tenants not paying you will need to file the proper court papers and attend the hearing.
- You will help pay bills, work on renewals, help with projects assigned to you by the director of operations, Apply monthly rent payments, work with the housing authority to get them all the paperwork they need, run applications, send leases, set tenants up in our system, set owners up in the system and a lot more.
- Must be able to handle a fast pace work environment with little to no supervisor.
- Day to day task can change without notice.
- Must be able to be organized and prioritize certain tasks.
