Radiant Activewear is Hiring a Marketing Communications Manager Near Pittsburgh, PA
I am seeking a talented Marketing Communications Manager to do limited but dedicated work on our email marketing and coordinated social media posting and engagement.
Duties:
- Create and schedule emails based on multiple pre-designed templates
- Manage social media platforms (facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) and create engaging content
- Create graphics in Canva for sales and special events
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Oversee the company's website content and ensure SEO optimization
- Utilize marketing automation tools for efficient campaign management
- Implement analytics to track performance metrics and optimize strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in SEO, social media marketing, advertising sales, and performance marketing
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in Canva and email marketing platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What I Need from You:
I'm seeking a self-starter who would also be interested in FREE merchandise, FREE yoga classes and is willing to work flexible hours and is proficient in e-commerce business. I have a unique product and consistent messaging and need marketing communications to be taken off my hands. Flexible hours and only asking for about 5 hours per week. Thank you!
