Summary / Primary Role:

Our Entry Level Marketing Manager position is responsible for performing all business development, fundraising and client management tasks. This position will require learning and explaining services and products on behalf of all of our clientele.

Entry Level Marketing Manager Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow directions and work as a team to effectively execute fundraising campaigns
• Responsible for assigned events and logistics 
• Responsible for accurately tracking all donations and sales 
• Assist with training and helping new associates
• Build a skilled understanding of client industries and current events to assist in customer inquiries
• Meet with representatives and members of the Entry Level Marketing Manager team for training on required charity operations, sales, and industry knowledge 
• Analyze the results of each event and report back to senior management 
• Learning basic customer service techniques and client services to help with problem-shooting

• Superior organizational skills - able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
