This is a 100% commission based job with NO CAP. A degree is not necessary. I am looking for hungry individuals with a dream and the passion to succeed. We have experienced considerable growth recently and we must capitalize on it. We are pursuing quantum growth, and need a killer sales team to make that a reality.
You will work very closely with Michael Westwood, who is one of the founders and Managing Director. You must have a keen eye to see opportunities around; be creative in structuring deals and close them.
Experience in the reverse logistics industry and or recycling industry is a massive plus!
If you don't have experience in the reverse Logistics industry and or recycling industry, don't worry. I will help guide you. All I ask is that you learn quick and show commitment.
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Representative role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Sales Representative will be responsible for business development, building and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting and selling company products, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. The role allows for some remote work.
Most of your time will be focused on Business Development, finding new vendors and customers, and closing deals. Most of this work can be done via computer and a cell phone. It will also require you to beat the pavement and meet these companies in person to establish a working relationship with them.
