Position Summary:

The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and executing marketing strategies that drive the success of Precision eControl in the competitive eCommerce landscape. This includes, but is not limited to, product positioning, go-to-market planning, content development and sales enablement.At this time, candidates who would work in the following states will not be considered for this role: VT, RI, NY, NJ, NH, MI, ME, MA, DE, CO, CT, CA, and AZ.

Essential Functions:

• Develops and executes product positioning strategies that differentiate Precision eControl from competitors and resonates with target customers.
• Plans and implements effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
• Creates compelling and targeted marketing content, including but not limited to product messaging, blog posts, case studies, and sales collateral.
• Collaborates with the sales team to develop tools and resources that enable them to effectively communicate the value proposition and drive sales.
• Conducts market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, translating findings into actionable insights or jobs to be done.
• Works closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and messaging.
• Develops and implements demand generation campaigns to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
• Establishes and executes strategies for measuring customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable improvements.

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with eCommerce and online marketplace dynamics
• Remote work experience and ability to thrive in a virtual environment

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• 7 - 10 years of experience in similar field.
• 7 years of experience in product marketing preferably within a SaaS or eCommerce environment.
