The Local Store Marketing Manager is responsible for working with our management group, local businesses and organizations to communicate and coordinate local store marketing events.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities (Supervisory bolded):

· Work with management team at units to engage in communicating with local businesses and organizations.

· Making a presence in the community with involvement in local community events such as festivals, parades. etc.

· Market and advertise with local churches and schools.

· Work with store management to coordinate events such as car shows, kids events etc.

· Work with local stores to familiarize them with the Extra Effort/Student Incentive Program.

· Set local store marketing budgets and coach store management on how to make the most of their available LSM funds.

· Assist in coordinating United Way and ArtsWave campaigns.

· Communicate marketing activities with Franchisees and help with any special needs.

· Assist Director of Marketing with promotions, budgets, and analysis.

· Manage Big Boy appearances for all markets, insuring criteria met and budget guidelines maintained.

Education/experience:

· High school diploma required and some college experience

· Two to three years experience in customer service and office setting

· Excellent written and oral communication skills required

· Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

· Previous restaurant experience helpful

· Knowledge of computers required

· Excellent phone voice

Certification/licenses/registrations: None

Language Skills:

· English required

· Some Spanish helpful

Physical demands:

· Must be able to sit, stand, walk, talk, and listen

· Must be able to use a computer and other office machines

Work environment:

· Office setting

· Regular visits to restaurants required

· May require visits to Commissary or other off-site locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,400.00 - $74,000.00 per year
