The Receptionist is expected to monitor incoming calls at the Central Administrative Office Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM. The position provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities, including the responsibility of answering and directing incoming calls, greeting visitors, mail distribution, and support of the automobile donation program. In addition, the receptionist must also be alert and watchful of all visitors who enter the building to be the first one to alert security if there is an issue of concern.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment while seated at a desk. Dexterity is used while performing work with personal computer keyboard, calculator and other office equipment.
