Our client is looking for a legal receptionist! If you are enthusiastic, willing to make extra effort, while treating our firm's clients and guests with exceptional service, we want to hear from you! This position is a great entry point for individuals looking to start a career in the legal field, perfect for recent college graduates.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the office
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
  • Prepare and transcribe legal documents, correspondence, and memos
  • Maintain client files and records in an organized manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or similar software
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with legal terminology is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Data entry and document management is a huge plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
