Full-Time Receptionist/Cashier
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Full Time Receptionist/Cashier is required to work Evenings & Saturdays at Audi New Orleans. Answer 10-line phone set. Maintain data entry for vehicle inventory. Process Wholesales and Dealer Transfers. Administer Key Trak and a few other misc. duties.
Qualifications:
The Full Time Receptionist/Cashier is required to work Evenings & Saturdays at Audi New Orleans. Answer 10-line phone set. Maintain data entry for vehicle inventory. Process Wholesales and Dealer Transfers. Administer Key Trak and a few other misc. duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist experience preferred, but not a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
- Strong multi-tasking abilities a must
- Must have working knowledge of PCs, word processing, and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office and Outlook experience a must)
- Detail oriented and able to meet last minute deadlines and challenges
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, changing environment
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Must be willing to submit to a background check, DVM screen, and drug screen
