- Approach, greet and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the show floor and the outdoor display area.
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
- Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to every customer.
- Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by following the policies and procedures by listening and asking questions.
- Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all dealership products, services, and procedures.
- Assist in purchasing of vehicles.
- Prospect daily for potential customers by following dealership prospect development system.
- Maintain A follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
- Sales or customer service experience (min 5 years).
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Superior communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
