Essential Functions

May perform any, or all, of the following essential functions:

A. Provides support for VP, General Counsel.

B. Answers phone calls and provides assistance.

C. Prepares contracts for Business Development staff.

D. Manages and maintains central files, contract files, legal files and storage files.

E. Acts as a liaison between VNA staff and building management.

F. Enters cash receipts into Excel.

III. Other Functions

May perform any, or all, of the following functions:

A. Orders supplies for Executive Offices.

B. Provides back up support for CEO and administrative staff.

C. Responsible for special projects as assigned.

D. Reserves and prepares conference rooms and orders food for meetings as necessary.

E. Coordinates and makes travel arrangements for staff.

F. Performs other duties as assigned.

IV. Qualifications

A. Education, Certification or License Requirements

High school education or equivalent, prefer one year of college, business secretarial training or

acceptable equivalent.

B. Experience

Three to four years of secretarial/administrative experience.
