KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation
Establish and maintain new and established client relationships. Build those relationships to drive program sales.
Follow up on referrals and new leads.
Assist with sales, marketing, and other lead generation efforts.
Attend trade shows.
Support and attend events to generate new relationships (fundraising, marketing)
Sales
Sell YF Programs within the assigned portfolio.
Initiate and work from a sales plan, updated twice yearly.
Meet sales goals and objectives developed in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Executive Team.
Follow up on cold and warm phone calls from the sales pipeline.
Host visitors on retreats.
Present programs to schools.
Close new and rebook retreat sales.
Attend and participate in sales meetings and training as planned for the department.
Work with Donor Relations staff to support synergistic growth where applicable.
Travel as needed for relationship building and sales.
Client Retention
Support client retention as needed through phone calls and relationship maintenance.
Marketing and Communication
Assist in the execution of marketing plans of Youth Frontiers as required.
Administrative Duties
Update and maintain contact and conversation information in Youth Frontiers database.
Maintain active and updated pipeline through database.
Support Strategic Planning
Execute bi-annual individual strategy and team strategy.
Work with SR Manager and Marketing Director to execute the bi-annual individual strategy.
Annual forecasting.
Annual sales analyses to determine best practices and drive future strategy.
