The Role:

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Establishastrong balance between discovering new product opportunities and delivering world-class product experiences
• Distill complicated problems into simple, minimal solutionsdelivered through the Vivintmobile app
• Write clear and concise user stories and requirements, prioritizing development items to align with the product roadmap
• Pursue product and industry knowledge, identify trends and opportunities, and become a subject matter expert on mobile development, user experience, and data structures
• Partner with our world-class User Research team to identify problems, test solutions, and learn about our customers
• Advocate for the customer, and the business, through research, insights, and regular contact with our customer-base
• Rapidlyiterate productconceptsthrough user testing, high fidelity mocks & prototypes, user journey maps, storyboards, and more
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure product opportunities arehighlyvaluable to customers, viable for the business, easy to use, and technically feasible
• Work closely with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, program, and QA to ensure delivery against product roadmap
• Build and maintain relationships across organization
• Monitor product performance and proactively identify opportunities for product improvements
• Identify opportunities for customer testing and drive execution while measuring and reporting results
• Partner with the GTM team to prepare operations, marketing, sales, supply chain, and support product channels for launch
• Work with your product squad in ensuring product market fit for your suite of products and features

Required Experience:

• 2-4 years of relevant PM experience
• Mobile app experience (preferred, but not required)
• Master's degree or equivalent work experience

In this role you'llbe on the forefront of solvingreal customerproblems andanxietiesrelatedtheir homes and the people they love most.You'll also help to define what it means for our customers to interact with an ever-growing suite of connected devices inside and outside of their home through Vivint's award winning mobile app. You'll work to improve current experiences andproductsandhelp define & build new ones.You'll also help customers learn how to verify, explore, and investigate what happened within their home. Finally, you'll look for opportunities to drive additional value and engagement through new mobile experiences that deliver greater peace of mind for our customers.

The Ecosystem team helps to build and support a variety of products and experiences, including voice integrations, connected car experiences, home security and access, as well as home comfort.
