Vivaldi Music Academy is Hiring a Front Desk Manager (FT) Near Sugar, TX

Purpose and Mission of the company
Vivaldi Music Academy is a premier music school located in Houston providing students and families the opportunity to learn music and experience the joy of performing. Our mission is to foster the confidence and creativity in students of all ages through exceptional music learning. With our dedicated world-class faculty, state-of-the-art facilities and innovative programs we hope to transform lives and bolster our community through the joy of music! Through our four locations in Houston, Vivaldi Music Academy strives to provide students a place to discover music and build confidence through performance and musical milestones.
Purpose of Role:
We are seeking a personable and dedicated Front Desk Manager who is a creative problem-solver, detail-oriented, extremely reliable, an outstanding with communicator, and team player.
In this role, you will support the Founder & CEO’s vision for the company by embracing the company culture and coordinating all the behind-the-scenes details of our company, and working closely with General Manager.
Outcomes and How your Success will be measured:
The Front Desk Manager will utilize their organizational talents and people skills to provide an outstanding customer experience to our families and students. You are bringing your skills and talents to a company that strives to provide an exceptional experience of music and education.
In this role you will:
  • Work with General Manager to ensure the internal operations are prepared and completed from scheduling to event planning. This includes attending weekly (online) team meetings and mentoring sessions.
  • Delight our clients and exceed their expectations with above-and-beyond service and communication.
  • Support fellow team members with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Managing more than one email inbox and responding in a timely manner that delights and creates a positive impression of our company.
  • Provide guidance and support to faculty members with scheduling and enrollment.
  • Managing all payment processing and memberships inquiries for our students enrolled and students beginning their journey in music.
  • Communicating with families and students to maintain their relationship with our company.
  • Managing billing and payment processing and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Concisely address student questions related to private lessons, classes, and overall company experience.
  • Event planning and organizing for bi-annual recitals and summer
  • Collaborate with General Manager to track and provide an accurate database for students and families.
  • Enhance the enrollment experience for new students with your personable skills and professionalism and organization.
  • Proactively maintaining relationships with students and families through engaging and bonding to retain for long-term retention.
  • Maintain calendars up to date and accurate on a daily basis.
  • Be the face and main contact person for our company and the go-to person for enrollment inquiries.

  • Fast tech learning. We are multi-platform company, and we ask you learn the software quickly. Experience in Google Drive and Apple products is a plus.
  • Incredible communication skills. You are outstanding at maintaining relationships with students and families. You take personal responsibility for your actions and pride yourself on your integrity. You are friendly, enthusiastic, warm personality, and find it easy to connect with people.

Details
Hours per week: Full-time 40 hours per week
Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday
  • Tuesday 12pm - 8pm
  • Wednesday 12pm - 8pm
  • Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Friday 12pm - 8pm
  • Saturday 8:30pm - 5pm
Salary: Starting at $41,600 per year and performance bonuses
