Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities: - Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs - Perform repairs and maintenance tasks in areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed - Assist in supervising contractors during maintenance projects - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform various maintenance tasks - Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques - Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues - Experience with facilities maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry - Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities - Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with staff and contractors - Strong leadership abilities to supervise maintenance projects effectively We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages for our Maintenance Technicians.
