Job purpose
As a Maintenance Technician, one would be responsible for helping repair and maintain commercial buildings externally and internally.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for commercial roof repairs, setting up industrial racking, painting, minor electrical, minor plumbing, welding, and various other duties necessary.
- One will be responsible preventative maintenance on commercial properties.
- Ensuring quality and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
- Experience with basic hand tools.
- Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
Safety Requirements
- Must wear closed toe and heal shoes when in the warehouse area.
Salary- $16.00/hour to $27.00/hour
