About the Position
Our Boise team is seeking a full-time Assistant Field Mechanic. The successful candidate will be part of our large project team, assisting mechanics, running errands for parts, and assisting fuel/lube trucks and equipment. This position is a supportive role that can lead to advancement for the right person who has the motivation to learn and drive to work as a team tackling tough challenges. Mechanical and equipment knowledge is needed to assist with vehicle tune-ups and oil changes.
We seek a highly motivated individual who works well with others, has strong attention to detail, and has great communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay is competitive and based on experience and certifications
• Medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage available on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment
• 401K match on eligible wages and available for eligible employees on first of the month following 60 days of employment. IMCO offers 100% contribution matching up to 4% of the employee's eligible wages

Location & commitments

• Location - Various Jobsites - Treasure Valley and surrounding Areas, Idaho
• Overtime may be available
• Evening/weekend work may be necessary

Requirements and Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and equipment knowledge needed
• Current and valid driver's license
• Must be able to obtain a medical clearance card for driving DOT vehicles
• CDL required
• HAZMAT certified
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
• Pre-employment drug testing required
• Criminal background check required
• Adhere to all safety requirements
• Commitment to teamwork, safe work practices, and integrity
