Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full-time direct hire

Job Location: Buffalo, NY (Onsite)

Salary: $40k-$45k/annum

Duties as follows:

· Under the supervision of the plant manager, with the input of production personnel: performs repairs

· and preventative maintenance on all Mechanical lathe and Multi-spindle machines and equipment to ensure proper operation and function; promote improvement to ensure maximum efficiency of the

· equipment; record data on software; make sure installations guarantee safety of the employees and

· compliance with OSHA regulations.

Essential Functions:

• Reliability and attendance, begin work on time and adhere to work hours and schedule

• On all production machines (mostly CNC multispindle lathe):

1. Perform curative maintenance

2. Plan and carry out level 2 preventative maintenance

3. Track replacement part inventory, maintain inventory of critical parts

• On Secondary equipment (washing machines, air compressor, etc.):

1. Perform or contract our curative maintenance and PM

• General Maintenance: (Building)

2. Identify and address safety issues, promote improvement

3. Identify and address general maintenance issues, promote improvement

4. Monitor Subcontractor interventions

5. Submit proposals for design and cost to management on new projects

6. Design maintenance plans

7. Other duties/responsibilities that may be assigned by a member of the management team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,614.46 - $45,000.00 per year
