Job Description
Maintenance Technician
An upscale, midtown Buffalo condominium community is looking to hire an experienced maintenance professional with the following skills:
- Perform general facility maintenance including electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, carpentry, drywall, painting, and equipment repairs.
- Perform minor custodial duties.
- Perform grounds keeping and landscaping duties.
- Perform snow removal duties.
- Respond to maintenance requests submitted by property owners for in home repairs.
Qualifications/Skills/Education and Experience:
- Good customer service skills a must.
- Computer experience.
- Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods of time.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must possess a clean driver’s license.
Job Type: 40 hours

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
