Customer Service Representative

Immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth!

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Receive orders via telephone and fax from customers and sales personnel for manual entry into the order entry system.
• Obtains management approval for orders on allocated or Frozen products. Enters and tracks special type orders, including pick-up & send, warehouse breakage, customer un-saleable, and return authorizations.
• Input changes submitted by CAMs for retailers.
• Input customer’s Hardcoding for sales personnel.
• Assist the Inventory Control manager with data entry on inventory counts.
• Assist accounts receivable with updating expired permits, and verify customer release from states list filing and mailouts (periodically).
• Assist with the distribution of incoming mail.
• Functions as primary relief for the switchboard operator.

This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position in Phoenix. Enjoy an onsite work environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

• 3 months of experience as a Customer Service Representative
• MS Office proficiency
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma

PREFERRED SKILLS :

Bachelor's degree
