Job Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, Receives and processes requests for price and lead-time quotes, purchase orders, provide order acknowledgements and invoices to customers as required, expedites orders for new and returning customers, suggest alternatives to customers on stock out items, update order Cancellation log.
Interact directly with the warehouse to ensure proper actions taken by modifying customer ship dates, processing shipment consolidations prior to printing daily picklist to the warehouse to ensure on-time deliveries.
