This is an onsite role inWendell NC!
In this roleyoull play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiencyof our accounts receivable (A / R) processes.
Your contributions willdirectly impact VPGs ability to deliver cuttingedge solutions thatmake the world safer smarter and moreproductive.
What YoullDo :
- Be the champion ofA / R collections for US companies ensuring timely payments andmaintaining positive customerrelationships.
- Act as a gatekeeper forcreditworthiness by reviewing and releasing credit holds on salesorders.
- Utilize web invoicing tools tostreamline the billing process.
- Manage creditcard charges for US companies with accuracy andefficiency.
- Partner with the finance team toreview and approve new customersetups.

Requirements :

- A highlymotivated and detailoriented individual with 46 years of experiencein a highvolume accounts receivableenvironment.
- Strong collections acumen in thecommercial field.
- Prior experience with A / Rprocesses and strong technical skills particularly in Excel areessential.
- A commitment toaccuracy efficiency and maintaining a positive and professionaldemeanor.
MinimumQualifications :
- 12years of accounting education preferred.
- 46years of relevant experience in accountsreceivable.
- Strong understanding of A / Rprocesses.
- Proficient in MicrosoftExcel.
- Excellent organizational andcommunication skills.
- Team player with aproblemsolvingmindset.
