We are looking to hire a Receptionist to join our team. The Front Desk employee is the face of our company; they are the person a guest sees when they first walk into the facility. This person must be team-oriented with great communication skills. The Front Desk employee ensures positive customer experience.
What You Will Be Doing:
Manage files and records ensuring their relevancy and accessibility.
Perform basic bookkeeping activities and issue invoices? checks and so on.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.
Attend meetings and dictations.
Review office supplies and report in case of shortages.
