Job Description:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by management
- Utilize Google Suite and other software programs for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a front desk clerk, personal assistant, or in a similar role is preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/ English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other software programs for project coordination and communication
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
