Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Tampa Bay Area, FL (Tampa, St. Pete, Sarasota and around)
Job Description:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Order products that align with the needs of the customer.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our food and soft liquor brands.
- Responsible for effectively displaying store products.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Responsible for daily visits to customer locations.
- Rotate stock and remove out-of-code products.
- Keep management informed of area activities and any significant concerns.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, great skills in building strong and quality relationships with new clients and demonstrates a remarkable ability to introduce new products to the market.
- Must speak English.
- Must Live in Tampa Bay Area
- Valid Driver's License.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the Retail and Food and Beverage Industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to set up displays, fixtures, shelving, and products.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of food industry trends and products.
- Experience in introducing new products to the market.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month.
- Bonus opportunities, commission pay, and performance bonus.
- Flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and paid training.
- Full-time position.
- Up to 30% travel required, work location is on the road.
