The entry-level sales representative is results-driven, and engages with new and existing customers to identify their home remodeling needs. You will provide appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Our goal is to teach and train this individual Business Development and learn all about what Victory has to offer. This position has growth guaranteed. We believe in this person to learn every department, every task, and become well-rounded before we promote them into a different department or supervisor role. Key Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Sales Representative:
- Communicate and emphasize the benefits and value of Victory Home Remodeling's products and solution we provide for home improvement
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Provide honest and trustworthy service to all consumers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule; exceed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals
- Possess a professional and energetic image and attitude
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Help determine pricing schedule for quotes, promotion, and negotiations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales and customer service
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the homeowners' needs
- Relationship management skills and ability to take constructive criticism
