Vicki Morav Skincare located on the Upper East Side NYC is looking to hire a Front Desk with Spa Experience only. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting the manager with day to day tasks
• Answering phone calls, emails and cellphone inquires
• Schedule clients and manage the book
• Take orders from clients placed via phone, email, or online
• Check clients IN and OUT
• Managing inventory and corresponding with different vendors when needed
• Opening incoming orders from different vendors (opening, counting, putting in place
• Keeping product shelves and storage shelves organized and neat all the time
• Ordering supplies as needed
• And other responsibilities

Knowledge of the Booker and Shopify platform is preferred.

Salary also varies based on experience and what the candidate has to offer. But promising candidates can be trained.
