Position Overview: The Video Production Manager assumes a pivotal role in overseeing the video production team and creating visually stunning videos. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, the incumbent collaborates closely with the creative team to deliver top-tier video content that aligns with the organization's mission and values. The successful candidate will leverage empathetic and tactful storytelling skills to cultivate a safe and positive environment, fostering a conducive space for individuals to share their stories.
