PXP is hiring a freelance Project Manager to lead derivative project development from start to finish in collaboration with Client, Publicis Production, Project management and client digital teams.

Responsilities include:

• Support in project intake through Workfront and assess project requirements from checklist.
• Reinforcement of project plan to ensure all tasks within Production are executed efficiently and on time
• Regular Production contact, ensuring that the team statuses are updated
• Demonstrate baseline understanding of pharma processes (reg submissions, editorial reviews)
• Understanding of digital processes
• Master internal agency and client processes
• Manage time efficiently, meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, and set priorities for specific assignments, especially when handling multiple projects
• Develop contact reports and communication plans to internal team
• Demonstrate understanding of the Client team structure, roles and responsibilities

• Digital Project Management experience, preferably within an integrated agency or production studio environment
• Experience on pharma clients is a plus
• Strong understanding of digital production workflows
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Attention to detail, communicative, pro-active
• While we are open to remote for this freelance need, candidates must be able to work EST hours, 40 hours/week

Compensation Range: $43.75 - $74.04/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
