ViaQuest is Hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist Near Columbus, OH
Responsibilities may include:
- Implement, and oversee Quality Assurance processes for residential services according to company needs.
- Work collaboratively as part of the Residential Services Team, to ensure quality supports are being provided on all levels.
- Monitor continuity between the Individual Service Plan (ISP) and service delivery.
- Conduct investigations including but not limited to allegations of abuse, neglect, misappropriation and any death of an individual served, as assigned.
- Gather, manage, and analyze data and identify trends to improve training and services.
- Conduct internal audits in homes and ensure appropriate measures are put in place to correct any deficiencies.
- Advise management with the development, implementation, review, and approval of all plans of correction, as applicable.
- Monitor risk management and ensure implementation of corrective measures.
- Meeting productivity goal for TBS (Therapeutic Behavioral Support)
- Travel expected to all residential sites in region.
- Four-year degree in social services or related field (extensive experience in the field of developmental disabilities may substitute for degree)
- One year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
- Supervisory Experience Preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Displays strong communication skills and possess excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Shared Point, and etc.)
