Pay Rate: $35/hr on W2
Duration: 4-month contract with Possible extension
5 Days a week in the office
Hours of operation 7 am - 4 pm or 9am to 6pm (rotates and will be scheduled weekly)

Executive Gallery Receptionist

With a heavy focus on privacy and providing exceptional service, we ensure that all client needs are met with utmost attention to detail.
Department Overview:
The Executive Gallery Reception provides high-level guest services to our executives and their clients. They interact with all levels of Client’s personnel on a daily basis and ensure that they are provided with "high touch" customer service and hospitality. They build solid relationships by being the central point of contact for all support areas of the floor, including supplies, facilities maintenance, catering services, and technology requests, and they ensure that these floors are well-maintained in every respect.
Position Description
The ideal candidate is able to complete daily responsibilities with limited supervision. It is crucial that these individuals are able to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor with both employees and visitors to the floor. As part of a small, effective team, we need someone who can learn quickly while proactively seeking out additional responsibilities. Ownership of one’s work is essential as new tasks arise rapidly and often. Following up on key details is one of the fundamental elements of the role and is paramount to our daily operations overall. We are often presented with new challenges and are thus looking for someone who can confidently adapt and respond in a timely and effective manner.
